Machine-like username patterns
Long random strings, repeated digits or many near-identical usernames may appear in account batches. Real people can still choose unusual handles.
Repetitive or unrelated activity
Identical comments, generic replies and activity unrelated to the post provide stronger context than profile appearance because they reflect observable behavior.
Suspicious links or messages
Unexpected login pages, investment claims, impersonation attempts and urgent promotions deserve caution. Do not open or submit credentials through an unknown link.
Coordinated account patterns
Several similar profiles following or commenting at the same time may warrant review. Record what you observed instead of assuming every account in the group is automated.

Methodology and limits
What the review score does and does not mean
The score adds fixed weights to the signals you select. Stronger safety signals, such as suspicious links, receive more weight than an empty profile. The same inputs always produce the same result.
It is not a fake-follower percentage, probability or AI prediction. Instagram exports contain usernames and relationship data, not enough profile history or private behavior data to identify automation reliably.
A private, new or low-activity account may resemble a spam account. Review several independent signals and keep uncertain accounts for later rather than treating one missing detail as proof.
