Instagram Cleaner reads the followers and following files from an Instagram data export and turns them into a reviewable relationship snapshot. It helps you see which accounts appear in your following list but not in your followers list.
The product is deliberately focused. It does not try to manage your account, automate unfollows or make decisions on your behalf. It gives you a clear result, profile links and an optional CSV so you can review each account at your own pace.
Honest boundaries
The result is a snapshot of the export you provide. It does not reconstruct historical unfollows or explain why an account relationship changed.
Manual control
There is no automatic unfollow action. You decide what belongs in your following list after reviewing the context.
